A fun, creative dance session for little ones and their grown-ups!

Mini Museum Movers is a playful, relaxed session designed to get young children moving, thinking and exploring, all alongside a trusted adult. Through music, movement and imaginative play, families can discover objects from history in a way that's hands-on, inclusive and fun.

Who's it for:

• Confident walkers up to 5 years 

• Younger siblings are welcome 

• Accompanying adults are encouraged to join in 

​

What to expect: 

• Games, music and guided dance activities 

• Props and creative play 

• Opportunities to explore objects from history 

• A friendly supportive environment where children can move at their own pace

When and where:

• First Thursday of every month (from 7 May 2026) 

• Chose from one of three sessions 

  • Watford Palace Theatre: 10am - 11am and 11:15am - 12:15am 

  • West Watford Community Centre: 1:30pm - 2:30pm

Cost and booking: 

• FREE 

• Just drop-in, no booking required. 

• Spaces are limited and allocated from 15 minutes before each session starts so please arrive as early to the start time as possible to avoid disappointment.
